Personalize your chocolates quickly and easily with our new Choco Transfer: a printable sheet with a thin plastic film coated with a layer of cocoa butter and sugar, so you can transfer any image onto white chocolate. Print with edible inks and create amazing custom chocolates.

How to use

1. Print on the sheet in mirror mode.
2. Let dry for 30 minutes at room temperature.
3. Spread a layer of melted, tempered chocolate at 90°F (32°C) over the Choco Transfer; if using compound coating, apply the layer at 95°F (35°C).
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from the cold and peel the protective film off the chocolate.
