Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship from our warehouse in Homestead, Florida to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Carriers
We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx, choosing the best option for your package and destination.

Local pickup
Free local pickup is available at our warehouse, 428 NW 10th Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, and we will arrange a pickup time with you.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Puerto Rico
Orders to Puerto Rico ship at the same rates. Delivery may take a few extra business days.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, or your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at sales@mbkgroup-usa.com with your order number (and photos if damaged). We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Heat-sensitive items
Some products (such as fondant, chocolate-based items and sugar/transfer sheets) can be affected by heat. During warm months we pack these items with care, and we may recommend faster shipping. Please bring packages indoors promptly after delivery. Heat-related softening or melting caused by delays after delivery is not covered.
