How do I earn store credit?
Create an account or sign in before you check out. You earn 3% of your product subtotal as store credit on each order.

When will I see my credit?
7 days after your order ships. Regular cashback stays in your account for 90 days. Instructor credit never expires.

How do I use my credit?
It is applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in.

I used an instructor's code. Do I earn 3% plus another 3%?
No. As a linked student you earn 3% store credit on every order. This replaces the regular 3%; the two are not combined.

Does instructor credit expire?
No. Credit you earn as an instructor from your linked students' orders never expires and keeps adding up. Credit you earn as a regular customer or linked student expires 90 days after it is issued.

Can I use my own instructor code?
Instructors do not earn instructor credit on their own orders.

Do wholesale Pro orders earn cashback?
No. Orders of $1,000 or more receive Pro pricing, and Pro customers do not earn cashback. Pro pricing already includes our best wholesale discount, so cashback isn't added on top. For distributor inquiries, contact us.

What happens if my order is refunded or canceled?
Credit earned on a refunded order is reversed proportionally.

Program Terms & Restrictions

1. Eligibility. The Ma Baker and Chef Rewards & Instructor Program ("Program") is offered by MBK Group LLC on mbkgroup-usa.com. You must have a customer account and be signed in at checkout. Guest checkout orders do not earn credit. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Earning. Eligible orders earn store credit at the current earning rate, now 3% of the product subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and fees. There is no minimum order amount.
3. When credit is issued. Credit is added to your account 7 days after your order ships, provided the order has not been canceled, refunded or returned.
4. Expiration. Store credit earned through the Program is a free promotional reward. Cashback earned on your own orders (including as a linked student) expires 90 days after it is issued; the expiration date is shown in your account and in the email we send when credit is issued. Expired credit cannot be reinstated. Instructor credit earned on orders from linked students does not expire, subject to Sections 10 to 12 (including our right to end the Instructor Program with at least 30 days' email notice).
5. No cash value. Store credit has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, sold, transferred, or combined between accounts, except where required by law. Credit is applied at checkout on mbkgroup-usa.com only.
6. Exclusions. Orders of $1,000 or more that receive Pro pricing, and distributor or wholesale accounts, do not earn credit, because those prices already include our best wholesale discount.
7. Returns and cancellations. If an order is canceled, refunded or returned in whole or in part, the related credit is not issued or is reversed proportionally, including credit already in your account or earned by a linked instructor.
8. Instructor Program. Instructor codes (CHEF + name) are issued by us at our discretion. The code gives a student 5% off their first order; linked students earn 3% store credit on every order, which replaces and does not stack with the regular rate. Instructors earn 3% store credit on orders from linked students, with no cap. Instructors cannot earn credit on their own orders or on orders from accounts they control (no self-referral). Codes may not be posted on coupon or deal sites, used in paid search ads with our brand names, or used in misleading ways.
9. Disclosure by instructors. When you share your code or recommend our products, you must clearly disclose that you earn store credit from purchases made with your code (for example, "I earn store credit when you use my code"), as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides. Only make truthful statements about our products.
10. Abuse and fraud. We may withhold, reverse or cancel credit, close a code, or suspend or remove any account from the Program if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, multiple or fake accounts, self-referral, reselling of credit, or a violation of these terms.
11. Errors. We may correct any credit issued in error, including credit caused by a technical, pricing or system error.
12. Changes to the Program. We may change earning rates, percentages or amounts, rules, and adjust, suspend or end any promotion or the Program at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes apply going forward and are effective when posted on this page, as shown by the "Last updated" date. Cashback already issued to your account remains usable until its stated expiration date. Instructor credit does not expire; however, if we end the Instructor Program, we will notify instructors by email at least 30 days in advance so they can use their balance, and any instructor credit not used by the end of that notice period will be canceled. In all cases, we may withhold, reverse or cancel credit in cases of fraud, error, or abuse.
13. Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to rewards you receive.
14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. They are in addition to our store Terms of Service.
