How to Use
Preheat the oven to 302-311°F (150-155°C) and grease the pans. Measure the ingredients for the amount you want to prepare. Mix for 1 minute at low speed (scraping the sides of the bowl) and 6 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer, or in a large bowl with a hand whisk, mixing vigorously for 3-5 minutes until the batter is smooth. Pour the desired amount of batter into a greased pan. Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes (depending on the size). Unmold onto a base, let cool and decorate as desired.
